Heavenly Bundt Cake




box chocolate cake mix (I like the Devil's Food kind)
1 small package instant chocolate pudding
1/2 C sugar
3/4 C oil
3/4 C water

Mix these together then add:

4 eggs (mixed one at a time)
Fold in 8 Oz Sour Cream
Add 1 C chocolate chips
1 tsp Vanilla

Put in a very well buttered and then floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 Min. (Till fork comes out clean)

Leave in the pan 1 hour to cool and then remove from pan


Glaze Recipe:

6 TBS Cocoa powder
5 TBS Butter (melted)
Combine these then add
2 C Powdered Sugar
1/4 C Very Hot Water

Pour the glaze with a spoon all over the cake. (If I have extra I dump the rest in the hole in the middle of the bundt.)
Also if you are in the mood for a vanilla bundt cake you can make it using white cake mix, vanilla pudding and white chocolate chips.
